“I don’t think other players should be allowed to touch Phil Ivey”
December 10th, 2011 - 00:54
I don’t think it’s an easy fold. I don’t really like Fitt’s check-raise on the turn. And when Fitt checks the river, he either has a big pocket pair or a 9. From Fitt’s perspective u could think that Ivey could also have made some sort of a draw and when he ships the river he knows that Fitt doesn’t have a King, so he wants to represent Kings full.
I would probably check-call the turn and river… or no wait.. I would probably fold preflop and leave the table if Phil Ivey sits on my left.

poker commentary is SO annoying

“Phil Ivey All In with KKK” really? do they know he’s black?
December 10th, 2011 - 02:08
Good FOLD, only a fool will call with the small 9FH when you know the K-FH is bigger
eighter way he was gonna FOLD on the River if it was a 9 or not.
December 10th, 2011 - 02:37
look at phil’s smile at 1:20 saying SUP I GOT 4 KINGS
December 10th, 2011 - 03:22
@665sean665
It’s not a good fold, but more of an easy fold bc he only holds a 9 and not pocket 9′s (in this case, get rid of one 9 on the board). It’s only a “good” fold bc you were probably tricked by the commentators to not think otherwise.

@dannymaclamp I’m sorry to hear that.
December 10th, 2011 - 04:36
@SacEvil777 actually I am 38
December 10th, 2011 - 05:28
@dannymaclamp Heh? You 12?
December 10th, 2011 - 05:30
I dunno how that is a good fold… It would’ve been good if it happened on the turn.
December 10th, 2011 - 05:44
id of called all in
December 10th, 2011 - 05:59
Could somebody please tell me how this is a good fold? Any king has him beat and his whole tournament life is on the line. Ivey is hardly on a bluff, betting a pocket pair or betting a backdoor flush in that spot when he says all-in. Standard/easy fold.
December 10th, 2011 - 06:30
The raise on the turn was the most ridiculous play that i ever see, if ivey is bluffing than what the hell you want him to fold? Or what kind of hands will he call that loosing to J9, standart play will be call the turn and call the non heart or diamonds river.
